Chef Latoya of Gourmet Soirée

I am a catering Chef new to the DFW. I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. It has been my life long dream to open a restaurant and share my creative culinary intellect with the world. At a young age I began working in Advertising and Marketing and it was extremely unfulfilling. I decided to leave the corporate world behind and pursue my passion in the Culinary Arts. The Culinary Arts has the ability to tickle all of the senses. When I create my masterpieces my clients/guests can smell, see, hear, taste, and feel the love that I put into every dish. To me, cooking, entertaining, and sharing my love for food is a true SENSORY experience!
