Visual Art – Las Vegas

Art became the driving force of expression for Teresa from tender the age of 5 when she first saw her mother draw and thought \"I can do that.\" Since it is often easier to vision than it is to translate that vision onto paper, her passion became a skill. Drawing tools began the journey into her inner worlds and their expression, which did not win any youthful prize, but nurtured her desire to do better with each piece. It was late in high school and college that her artistic expression really began to take a shape that was met with approval by her instructors and smiles by her peers. She has been an asset to the art community for many years in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The pen, pencil, and other drawing tools have become her teachers, as much of her work is self-taught. Only within the past two years did she give into the flow of oils and allow for the paintbrush to create on canvas. With this new development, her art has embraced the mystic and mysterious. Whether she puts a face to the shadows or sheds light into the formless her duty is clear and she is aligned with it, surrendered to it, and speaks with ink, paint, or pencil on its behalf.
