I used work at various video game companies as a 3D character artist for ten years before starting Retro Pop Namu. Namu designs are inspired by my favorite Retro Japanese motifs reinterpreted into Japanese Pop T-shirts and Bags. All items are hand screen-printed Wearable Art for Men, Women and Children. Some are cute (kawaii) anime and manga (cartoon) inspired styles. Others have old-style Japanese kanji characters with cool designs. Retro Pop Namu was born from my passions for creating original characters and love of fashion
