Visual Art – Minneapolis

Naomi had the good fortune of being raised in a family full of creative people. From an early age, she loved making beautiful things any way she could. In 2006, Naomi earned a BFA from the University of Wisconsin—Stevens Point in Art & Design with a minor in Dance, exhibiting and performing throughout her time there. Since moving to Minnesota in 2010, she has continued to pursue opportunities in performance and exhibition while working as a graphic designer. In 2016, Naomi had a solo exhibition through the Duluth Art Institute, Pattern Conspiracy, which featured large-scale paintings, dances inspired by the patterns within the paintings and fabric and costume designs. In addition, she has exhibited work regularly with the Lakeside Gallery in Duluth and had smaller exhibitions of work at local businesses. Naomi lives with her forester husband, Clark, and cat, Mel Tormé, in Duluth, MN.
