Nicole Roberts

I have an art history degree and work at a small nonprofit local gallery called the Apollon. I primarily like to do oil painting with deep rich saturated colors and a lot of drama. I tend to bring a dark creepy edge to my paintings. Figures dominate the artwork itself because I find emotion in peoples\' faces very interesting. Trying to capture that feeling or emotion has always been a priority for me. I\'m drawn to it. Other than my passion for art I play a lot of video games and watch a lot of netflix. I\'m currently working on a comic book with my girlfriend though it\'s only in the very rudimentary stages. I would love to work on comic books at some point in my life.
