The Galeana design label is a tangible representation of designer Jose Galeana’s need for perception: being viewed literally or figuratively is what moves him as a designer. What one sees is not always how it seems.

Earning his B.F.A. in fashion design from Woodbury University with training in hand beading and lace techniques has opened the doors to many custom design opportunities. He had a chance to intern with one of todays top designers, Christian Siriano’s Fierce Mamas. He has earned multiple awards for his textile innovation and design techniques through the TALA Textile Association Design Challenge as well as Best Technical Merit for his graduating couture collection.

Galeana’s mission is to dress women who are active in the social, work, and trending lifestyle. As much as it keeps up with the current trends, even pushing current boundaries into the future, Galeana has a beautiful timelessness about it, each piece with a presence of its own.

The design team is currently branching their PR sector and developing new ventures in Mexico through multiple artist styling and magazine editorial submissions.

Galeana does not create just garments but rather a whole presence that is being passed down to the consumer through accessories, hat pieces and conceptual custom designs.
