My name is Lindsay Rogers, I am 23 years old and in LOVE with color! Ever since I could remember, I have loved anything creative. I am a self taught artist experimenting with new ways to paint and apply myself. I use Acrylic Paint on Canvas. I would say my work is abstract , funky , peaceful and most of all: COLORFUL!!

My technique and style are always changing. I paint different each time; what ever I am feeling. Some times I will grab random objects dunk them in paint and stamp it on the canvas! It's fun to see what I can use around the house that isn't technically a painter's tool. I always have music playing when I work. My favorite band to paint to is Pink Floyd. I absolutely love them and they have a way of inspiring me! My biggest accomplishment thus far was painting a mural with another lady in down town Seattle. It is on 3rd & Bell in the Regrade Dog Park. That was one of my goals and I reached it! I still have many goals to reach, with great opportunities like these I know I can reach them, that much quicker! As of now, I am a waitress at a local fine dining seafood restaurant. It is good for now but, I hope to one day break away from the restaurant life and follow my dreams! I am very passionate about my art; hopefully with hard work and a positive outlook my dreams will come true!
