Ashley D'Hooge took several photography classes in high school and college, working with both film and digital.

In college, she worked for Emerson College's radio station, WERS 88.9FM, as a photographer and writer.

She has also worked for several print and online magazines and is currently the Music Editor of Blast Magazine.

Besides photographing bands, Ashley's favorite style of photography is abstract and street photography. Photographers that inspire her are Andre Kertesz, Arnold Newman, and Henri Carier-Bresson.
