I first received my introduction to art through drawing sports figures. After a short while, I developed an interest in low-rider murals from the car shows I would regularly attend. Growing up in Los Angeles California, I was also heavily influenced by skateboarding and graffiti art. I followed my passion and ambitions to San Francisco, California where I studied fine art techniques at San Francisco State University.
I have always been interested in tattoos but towards the end of high school I wanted to be more involved in the application of tattoos. In my second year out in San Francisco, I got an apprenticeship at Lefty's Tattoo Co. in the city. There, I was able to hone skills that I started out with such as lettering but, I was exposed to a lot of different styles and began to broaden my horizon in the art that I myself practiced.
After three years of living in SF, I moved back to LA and transferred over to Cal State Los Angeles. There, I continued to produce new artwork and in the free time that I do have I am tattooing or printing on clothing. In school I have recently been getting into the technological side of creating artwork such as vector files and video. I showcased my artwork twice with Piece Riot at the 1551 collective in Burbank Ca and continue to pursue various art techniques and mediums that I can get my hands on.
