My artwork reflects the way I envision a perfect world. In each of my pieces, I\'ve created a simplified version of the subject matter, black and white without any shades of grey. I\'ve always been drawn to black and white imagery because of it\'s ability to effortlessly create a mood. Each individual painting has it\'s own unique aura and has established an ambience through the use of black and white. Whether it be a scenic view with a lighthouse or a cityscape of downtown Baltimore, each painting speaks to it\'s viewer and with the use of negative space the observer must fill in the gaps of detail that I have so carefully chosen to neglect.
