Growing up in the Ukraine and being surrounded by a gray mass of lifeless fashion made Olga hungry for color and unique details in clothing and accessories. After graduating from a fashion program for teenagers she created numerous garments from a wide variety of fabrics. Upon her move to the USA Olga discovered that she was more passionate about accessories (especially handbags) than clothing and could express herself best working with different leathers and trims. Numerous compliments on creativity and craftsmanship encouraged Olga to found OKOhandbags-a company that specializes in handmade sophisticated leather handbags and accessories with an artistic edge for metropolitans.
