Katrin - a Graphic Designer from Germany now living in beautiful Seattle. I am a \"homo ludens\" (lat.) - a playing human. A homo ludens is driven to “play” in one way or another. Because curiosity drives him. We have to be playful to get to new solutions. If we do not play, we can not develop. My label pack-kitsch and its products are my “independent” zone to play, create and develop. pack-kitsch designs colorful extraordinary accessories from retro products or unfinished goods. Always searching for unusual textures or vintage material, I transform and upcycle (old) products into something new and special.
