Visual Art – San Diego
Chelsea Stewart is a visual artist working in San Diego and Oceanside, CA. Having grown up in a small town, much of the outside world went unknown to her, leaving her to rely on her vivid imagination and the magic of books to widen her world. Once she received an opportunity to travel abroad as a teenager, Chelsea took to education and adventure to change her mindset. She moved from her small town to San Diego in 2010 to attend SDSU, where she continued her art education and experienced the ups and downs of early adulthood. Through her struggles, she discovered her mission as an artist; to use to art as a universal language to inspire cross-cultural communication and understanding to unite all people together as one.
