A 2017 WAM nominated Perth band/duo formed in July, 2016.
‘Platform 2’ is brought to life by two passionate artists working to create a pure and unique indie pop sound.
Grace Newton-Wordsworth (20) and Aaron Birch (21) were both born and raised in rural Western Australia. Aaron from a small community out of Broome, and Grace from a farm down South. Their unique upbringing translates in their eclectic style of music.
They begun their journey with their well received debut EP “Make Believe” in 2016.
Their style has changed, going from a folk/pop sound to a brand new upbeat, soulful and rhythmic alt- pop focus with a full band in 2017.
