Prahsik Designs is an independent fashion label located in Western Canada. Prahsik Designs was founded in 2014 by Janis Procyk. It includes both ready-to-wear clothing and bespoke designs as requested by clients. Inspired by career driven women, Janis aims to create clothing that is modern and sophisticated. Strong colours, bold lines, elegant touches, and tailored cuts are enmeshed in her designs to add an edge and make a statement with each piece. Although inspirations change with every season and collection, Janis remains focused on sophisticated and bold features to create clothing that is flattering for every woman. The label name stems from Janis’s last name. Taking into account years of mispronunciations, Janis tweaked its spelling to make her label name\'s pronunciation unambiguous and bold — much like her designs.
