Quinn Scargill

Quinn Scargill is a multidisciplinary artist based in Milwaukee, WI. Scargill currently studies New Studio Practice at Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design as a Senior. Scargill grew up in West Palm Beach, FL and often reflects on the nostalgic internet she experienced from a young age. The characters and forms portrayed in Scargill’s work are abstracted versions of herself. With every new piece she challenges the concept of space and changes the narrative it is intended for. All of Scargill’s work shares an underlying commentary on her part Ojibwe Native American identity and the anxieties she faces on the daily. Scargill plans to bring her work outside of the midwest after graduation.
