Rachel Meyers

I graduated from Pratt Institute where I studied drawing and painting under a variety artists. Having access to the art, museums, galleries and cultural scene in New York City gave me the opportunity to learn and grow as an artist and had a large influence on my style. From 1994 to the present I’ve exhibited my work in New York, Ohio, Indiana and Florida, where I have lived since 1999. Currently my Art is displayed in office spaces in North Carolina, the Johnson University hospital in Rahway New Jersey, Kappa Delta Sorority house at University of Florida and Kappa Delta Sorority house at Texas A and M and in the permanent collection at the Evansville museum of Arts and sciences. Since moving to Florida in 1999 I have continued to experiment with a range of processes and techniques while teaching art at Local High Schools. I currently have a studio space at Gallery on First in Sanford, Florida.
