Rebel Alley

Rebel Alley was surprised to hear when they had been asked to perform on a live two hour radio broadcast after forming only a few short months ago. Their sound of blues based rock n’ roll has been the talk of the town and airwaves. Rebel Alley has been taking the Twin Cities by storm with their melodic tones and searing guitar grooves. The band started taking shape in the late 2000s when lead guitarist Charlie and lead singer Nick began a friendship based upon music. While at one of Nick\'s parties, Charlie said “Dude, did you steal my CDs?? I own every one of these.” And from there, the friendship grew. It was not until a few years later when Jeff added his skins to the mix. As Jeff tells it, “Well, we were in another musical project. I really like jamming with Nick and Charlie. We just kinda went from there.” The trio would meet at Jeff’s apartment in downtown Minneapolis and play. “Jeff banged the s*** out of those things. I have no idea how he did not get evicted,” chuckles Nick now. Justin Engles was brought into the band to play bass guitar, and Rebel Alley was officially formed.
