Accessories – Phoenix

I\'m self taught in whatever craft takes my fancy. I\'ve always loved beads and have strung them since I was very small. In 2005 I took a class to learn one chainmaille weave, fell in love with the intricate patterns achieved through this medium, and taught myself many more weaves. I prefer small rings to large ones so I make \"micro\"maille jewelry and accessories. I\'ve combined a love of pretty beads with chainmaille weaves to make one-of-a-kind pieces. I make chainmaille balls, scale flowers and barrettes, and chainmaille pouches as well as jewelry. A little about me: I\'m married (only the one time, mind you), have 6 kids and 17 grandkids. For a year or so I taught jewelry making at Michael\'s Crafts. I\'m as old as my bones and a little older than my teeth. My hair is blond/gray, my eyes are blue, and the rest is subject to change without notice.
