I heard a guitar for the first time on Christmas Day 2001. I was 8-years-old at the time and had never heard such an interesting, unique, and soulful sound. I instantly knew I woud have to learn to play that instrument and the following year, received my first electric guitar for my birthday. I was quickly drawn in by the vast number of notes, chords, sounds, and expressions I could make out of one single instrument. Through the many years I have spent learning music by ear, reading tabs, and slowly developing my own style through creating and performing cover songs and listening to such inspirations as Led Zeppelin, The White Stripes, Dave Matthews, and Pink Floyd, I have become an artist of my own realm. Writing, recording, and mixing my own original songs has now become a passion of mine and will be a passion of mine for years to come. I write music from the heart, perform from my soul, and sing with passion.
