Photography – Salt Lake City
My name is Rachel, I was born in Slidell, Louisiana where I was adopted when I was two weeks old. My family is small, and I love it, it\'s just me, my parents and my younger brother, and I was raised in the beautiful valley of Draper Utah. I recently graduated from UVU in Photography with an emphasis in Fashion. I love fashion and portrait photography. I can\'t draw or paint to save my life, so this medium is my escape and way to express myself, my models are my blank canvasses. I\'m very outgoing and love being active, so when i\'m not photographing I\'m either skiing in the mountains, singing karaoke somewhere, or going on road trips with friends, whether it\'s out of Utah or just to Salt Lake or Park City. I\'m the kind of girl that is myself no matter where I am or what I\'m doing. You can often find me at dance parties dancing like Napoleon Dynamite, arms and legs flailing, no care in the world. I am who I am, so why change it for other people? I currently rent a photo studio in Draper and I love being able to go there whenever I want and create whatever I want. One day I dream of photographing for Vogue, ELLE, Harper\'s Bazaar, or work for a photography agency.
