Visual Art – Atlanta

I was introduced to art at a young age while tracing my favorite cartoon characters. I then went on to interpret these visuals through my own drawings of those characters, which might not have looked as good as the originals but I never gave up. As I grew older i continued to study basic arts and crafts in high school for about 3 years. After graduating high school in 2004 i continued to draw diverse version of art ranging from ocean views to self portraits. I taught myself the fundamentals in painting and drawing, for over 6 years to improve my skills. This extraordinaire practices pushed me to start drawing tattoo designs and logos for friends and family until I\'m comfortable with my skill level. \"Art is not what you see, but what you make others see\" a favored quote by Edgar Degas, reflected by many artists much like myself From that quote I became interested in painting abstract and tribal paintings that let the mind wonder, by searching to seek out what images are hidden within the painting like animals, flowers and landscapes. I also have an obsession using bright pastel/acrylic colors because i feels people would be more drawn to them due to the way they are arranged to form unique images . I\'m comfortable with using pencils and markers but when it comes to painting I still have much to learn ..
