Rocky Rudov

My name is Rocky Rudov and I am an artist of all kinds. I love visual arts the most, from crafts to painting, to printmaking, but I also have studied digital arts, and film production. I think any form of art can make the world beautiful and send a message, and I use all mediums to express myself and my ideas. I graduated from Tulane University in May 2012 and currently work as a waitress. For almost 9 months now, I have been trying to find a new job in which I can create art! Although the job search has been tough, I am staying positive about my future as an artist! I am hoping one day I can make art for a living. I learned about RAW from a friend in New Orleans, who is the director down here, Rachel Wingate. I think this organization is amazing and definitely something I want to be a part of. I know I will succeed in my dream of making art as a \"job\" somehow. My parents and I have very different opinions on success, but my idea of it would be making art that makes a difference. I think RAW is a perfect start to showcase my work and meet people with similar ambitions.
