Performing Art – Dallas - Fort Worth

Hi my name is Darryl Mason and I am from Queens New York. I started my Culinary journey at age 16 cooking in some some of the most prestigious hotels such as; The Gaylord Hotel in Grapevine TX, The Hilton Hotel, and The AA Training Concourse, just to name a few. Cooking has always been my passion and I decided to sharpen my skills by attending The Aims academy of Dallas. After completion of the program I decided to start my own catering company and in 2015 I opened my own restaurant proudly named Rockys 2nd Floor Cafe. My hard work and perseverance have payed off and my dream as a young buck has now become a reality. My aspirations continue to grow and in the near future I plan to release a cook book and a reality cooking show. As for now I will stay diligent and humble to the Art of Culinary.
