Photography – Ottawa
I’m a well-known photographer in the Ottawa/Gatineau, Canada region. As an Ambassador with Coffret Prestige and also for Ottawa Tourism and working locally with our community, hosting successful photo walks for the past 2 years. In July 2016, I was named as a top Instagram/Influencer in the Ottawa region and in the company of people like Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. As a new photographer, I’ve been searching high and low to find something different about what I capture, reaching for that extra inch, getting a low perspective and capturing that special moment. I’m the one you will find walking around the city at different times of the day discovering new hidden gems, but often I return to some famous local landmarks to re-capture the same photo in a different atmosphere, time of day and season.
As a self-taught photographer, I’ve learned to be creative and use it to my advantage and that is something I do well and I’m also known for in my hometown. As a social media influencer, I work hard to get to what is needed as much as locally or around the world. A world traveller with over 20 countries already visited and published in 2 magazines, one for best wildlife in 2016 and a fashion magazine with a 4-page spread. I will be the guest judge for the 2016 CANGEO photography competition. All these have been highlights in my short photography career.
