My name is Rongrong DeVoe, a full time illustrator based in Houston. I have a Masters degree in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology and I am pursuing my illustration dream in Houston. I love to use my own perspective and color to express the beauty I see and the atmosphere I feel. My illustrations are mainly completed in watercolor, pencil and digital painting. I specializing in fashion, editorial, packaging, book, and customized personal illustrations as well as ad campaigns, licensing, etc.
