Visual Art – Detroit

I have been painting for about twenty years. I have been drawing for over thirty years. I want to be a successful singer and musician as much as I want to be a successful visual artist. I like to draw with paint. I enjoy modeling forms. I dislike billion dollar organizations that feel they should get free work in exchange for things with the substance equal to marshmallows. I hope to have a positive impact in my life time similar to how Picasso and Diego Rivera have had on our world. I never want to stop learning. I am interested in studying Physics, music and sculpture. My mother is a visual artist and a writer. I believe it is because of her that I have been able to learn the things that I have and continue to learn about art. I was and am a student of Hubert Massey. I can paint effectively with oils, acrylics, water color and buon fresco. I want to explore Spray paint. I am not very interested in painting about social issues or religious subjects despite that fact I might in the future. I don't feel any particular way about what I paint anymore so all I can go by is how other people feel. I feel tired a lot. I don't feel especially good about any of the work I do now. I just feel the mental pain and physical exhaustion. I feel like all of our current models for society have failed as proven by how many people are still suffering no fault of their own.
