Music – Canberra

20 year-old identical twin sisters Courtney and Brittany Menegon combine natural born singing, melodic harmonies and raw talent which will leave you entranced. Their vivacious/playful personalities shine through their songs and performances. Since the age of 15, the girls have been performing around the Canberra area in a covers band known as PhuZion, the repertoire consisted of classic 80s & 90s rock. The girls appeared on Australias Got Talent in 2012 and made it through to the semi finals. At the beginning of 2013, the girls fine tuned their career goals and, with national and international ambitions, embarked on a new journey with a new name, new musical direction and new attitude. Their music is uniquely put together with a cross-cultural Pop/Dance DNA; repertoire sourced from noted K-Pop, J-Pop & C-Pop composers; arranged with mixed Pan-Asian and Euro influences; and accented by a healthy dose of Funk backbeat which jovially toys with the traditional grammar of club dance rhythms. Their name RubyIce is deeply cemented in the girls hearts. Ruby is a gem stone which depicts protection and ice is another word for diamond which symbolises the inability to be broken. After taking a year off to complete their Tertiary qualifications, the twins are back in 2015 with their new band. Their high energy and fun-filled live shows will keep you on the move and will definitely keep you wanting more.....LET\'S DANCE!!!!
