I have been hairdresser for the last 17 years at Mira Salon in Bloomington In. I started practicing yoga about 12 years ago and have been teaching for the last 6 years. I have my own small sweet business Sacred Body Yoga and Healing Arts, where you can get anything from a private yoga session, thai massage, intuitive healing and energy work to your personal piece of chakra jewelry. I started making chakra jewelry as extension of my healing and yoga practice. I use it as a healing and creative process for myself and for others. I am also a mother to my 5 year old son Ryder, who I adore.
