Sam Taylor

My mom taught me to paint as soon as I could hold a brush so growing up, I was always painting or making something. I majored in theatre with a concentration in performance, yet later realized I would rather be painting. From elementary school through college, I learned many new techniques with both acrylic and watercolors, especially in my set-painting and costume design classes. Despite my efforts to fight it, I now enjoy watercolors the most and have found them to be much more forgiving than some people let on. I enjoy painting all things spooky, murals, and even wedding invitations.
