Sarah Devlin, a 21 year old native of New Orleans, was immersed in the arts at a young age. She began making experimental short films and music videos at the age of 14, while also exploring the media of jewelry making and visual arts. After winning the top award at the Louisiana Film Fest 2009, Sarah went on to study Media Arts at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, while also attending Ben Franklin High School. Sarah\'s experimental films have won her several awards, including the YoungArts Cinematic Arts Finalist, Gambit\'s 40 Under 40 Award, Best Music Video at Women and Minorities in Media Fest, and many more. In 2012, Sarah was honored at Carnegie Hall with the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards Portfolio Gold Medal, and had her films on display at Parson\'s Gallery in New York. Sarah continues to make her name as an independent video artist and jewelry maker in New Orleans, and currently teaches Media Arts to 3rd-5th graders at Lusher Elementary School’s after-school arts program.
