Sarah Tracy is an artist whose work spans mulitple dimensions and media. Her work explores the spectrum of consciousness and the spiritual essence inherent in all things. An avid student of yoga, movement, psychology, and the evolution of consciousness, Tracy uses art to portray the eternal dance between darkness and light, form and formless, life and death; and ultimately, to point to the truth that everything is deeply connected.
