Oluwaseyi Grace Odufuye

I was born in Chicago and raised by Nigerian parents here in Austin. Growing up, culture and faith were a big part of my life which made me interested in learning about other people's culture while still standing firm on my beliefs , my culture and who I am. I tend to portrait such themes in my work. The overarching concentration of most of my works is "Perceived Beauty" I explore different sub topics and specific scenarios that I perceive as beautiful. I've been involved with art one way or another practically all of my life and will be attending the University of Texas at Austin this coming fall majoring in Studio Art, in pursuit of my passion and God given talent.
