Visual Art – Los Angeles
Born in Tennessee, raised in Lebanon and now based in Los Angeles, Shireen Makhlouf El Khazen has been creating art since she was a child. With her background in fine arts and graphic design, her work is expressed through different mediums. Making sure that patterns and textures are represented in her work, Shireen believes that each medium speaks its own language which transforms an art piece into a wondrous story. Recently she discovered a passion for creating plush toys as she found it to be a good way to sculpt animals without a kiln. Shireen is continuously working on broadening her artistic pallet.
