Sierra Duarte

I grew up in Portland and now I am attending school here at Portland State. Photography has always been a passion of mine, I primarily shoot with my Pentax 35mm, my Automatic 330 Polaroid Land Camera and when I don\'t shoot with either of those I have a Canon DSLR. The darkroom and film is what really got me into photography, I realized I was putting so much care into the photos I was taking, and the love affair has only grown since then. My work reflects humans and the true beauty that they radiate no matter who you are. My goal with my work is to trigger emotion and connection and to find the beauty in things that others may over look.
