Visual Art – Seattle
I am a Seattle-based artist, runner, food-lover, and avid music-listener. I have been doodling, drawing, and dabbling in various media since grade-school, but it wasn't until high school that I had a stylistic breakthrough.
While pursuing a nursing degree in college I began doing anatomical illustrations during anatomy & physiology labs. This 'study technique' blossomed into a new artistic passion, and is frequently integrated into my work today. A few years ago I started receiving requests for tattoo design commissions, and today these are frequent in my work.
My work is primarily pen and ink, with some watercolor multimedia additions.
