ABOUT

Amy Willis was born in Emmett, Idaho, in 1975 and currently lives and works in Astoria, Oregon. She is a self-taught artist who enjoys using a variety of media. She has had recent showings at Old Town Framing (2010) Hold Fast Tattoo and Gallery, Seaside (2010); Coffee Girl, Astoria (2010); and 3 Cups Coffeehouse, Astoria (2009); as well as multiple shows in Boise, Idaho (1998-2005). She has donated several paintings to the yearly "Valentine's for AIDS Benefit" in Boise, Idaho and won the Jury's Choice award at the Lane Community College Student Art Show, Eugene (2004). Amy spent several years volunteering for Urban Canvas, a non-profit organization for the arts located in Los Angeles, networking Globally.
