SIRIUS..B

Greetings, I am Sirius..B I stumbled upon my talent as fate would have it while recovering from my 2nd heart attack in Nov of 2009. After having a near death and outer body experience....you tend look at life differently. I began to have lucid dreams of other worldly places and also visions of esoteric symbols that were very vivid and colorful. I had to get these images out on paper but eventually I moved to canvas because the sheer feeling or impact of what I saw in my mind could not be captured or fully expressed on paper… it just didn’t do it justice. My Art work is not of this planet. Its provocative colors and extraterrestrial symbols are 3D during the day and 4D once viewed under a UV black light with ‘Frequency Glasses.’ This 4D “experience” is communication without words & seeing the unseen… It’s an esoteric feeling or knowing that is shared on a galactic level. Ultimately it’s up to the viewer’s interpretation I am inspired by the beauty of the Universe, the Stars and the Akashic record. Oh, I am also influenced by Warhol and Basquiat. I know that I have a lot more to accomplish and a lot more boundaries to push, maybe a few buttons too. But I can’t quantify what I love most about what I do. I can’t quantify love. Either you love to breathe…or you don’t. I am inspired by movies like Star Wars, Back to the Future II, Close Encounters, They Live… as well as music from artists like K-0S, MOS DEF, DAFT PUNK, KANYE WEST, M.I.A, SANTIGOLD, MMJ , JAY ELECTRONICA, and ERYKAH BADU…to name a few.
