HI :) My name is Sophie and I've always felt an intense pull to create things since I was a small child. I have continued my passion for art and design through study in the arts and now at 32 years of age am lucky enough to be creating full time. Form, shape and colour are primary aspects of my illustrative work, as i use fine lines to produce mandala type images full of tiny detail. I also sculpt, make jewellery, clothing, headdresses and accessories, draw, paint, embroider, bead, build, and sew to add to my artistic portfolio. Having a love of recycling and junk, I am currently making more Planet friendly works such as hanging Eco art made from natural materials, wall hangings with natural fibres and living art such as terrariums, and living sculpture.
