Visual Art – Denver

As a Great society, our focus has changed from reaching our potential through physical and spiritual balance..enhancing our innate abilities, bettering individuals and our race as a whole. It, this Great society, has strayed from the path of true harmony, and has taught its people that happiness is acessible best through tangibility. ..this is not freedom.. it is not equality. "In a decaying society, Art, if it is truthful, must also reflect decay, and unless it wants to break faith with its social function, Art must show the world as changeable, and help it to change" Ernst Fisher I have devoted my life to the expansion of mind and body. Bringing the things I learn to fruition through the use of color and subject matter. Hard pigment is the purest form of artwork to me, a reason I am not in the digital field. I try to keep the rebellious nature of the artists creation process alive and breathing, through the intentional sharp contrasts and rich colors. "Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall at last unveil." -John Ruskin I hope some of the images make you hunger for a source not readily discernable. That the figures' gaunt beauty will reside curiously within your subconcious. My hopes are that the lush colors evoke within you a wide variety of emotions. ...to summarize, my hope is that you take with something you'll remember. "A great civilization is not conquered from without until it has destroyed itself from within" -W.Durant
