My name is Joshua Ibarra, I started spraying small one layer stencils on the streets around town in 2008-10. I started with layered stencils once I was painting only on canvas though. (too much work to just get it covered up if your painting on the streets.) I started making cheap and easy portraits for all my friends and family. eventually word of mouth got around and I ended up making paintings for complete strangers. Thats when I realized that this could be something big. I got hooked from there. been painting ever since. Trying new techniques while cutting and spraying. I know I still have a lot to learn, but Im getting there.
