Sten Nilsson was born in Worcester, Ma in 1991. He currently resides in Cape Ann. His style is slightly paradoxical. It offers the viewer a chance to experience minimal forms in complex situations. His art embodies the transformational changes taking place within him and surrounding him. Exploring the human's self-interaction and the human's interaction with nature. These interactions are manifested through a kaleidoscopic lens that goes beyond aesthetics and into the metaphysical realm. Observe carefully as layers emerge and forms evolve. Each visual rendering plays a role as an integrated piece in a dialogue that he's slowly unfolding with you, the audience. Nilsson studied fine art in Minneapolis.
