Visual Art – Nashville

I\'m far from a starving artist. I work a full-time job to support my passions and interests because starving never appealed to me. Though I work hard at my career, I work even harder to find a way to NOT work for the remainder of my life. Don\'t get me wrong- I enjoy being a useful, capable and contributing citizen but \'work\' has such a negative connotation, doesn\'t it? Anyways, when it comes to art, I fully believe everyone has the capacity to create; it\'s just about finding the medium to do so. I use anything within my reach to create whatever idea is banging at my brain. I\'ll paint on leftover parts from botched Ikea furniture construction, build from mirrors I broke during one of my 14 moves or use some old whiskey bottles to make graduation gifts. There\'s never a wasted opportunity.
