Teagan Watts

My 2 passions have always been art and science. As a trained Biology teacher, I have come to meld portraiture with anatomical diagrams in a way that is not always obvious to the viewer. Some pieces include cross sections of the inner ear, heart, skin and marine creatures. I try to create works that are beautiful yet not the norm, and draw the eye in with detailed mark making and pattern.
