Terry Tayler

I love texture and layer build up and tend to work fast and gestural. I’m very influenced by 80’s neo expressionism, fauvism, minimalism and street art. I like to work with acrylic for immediacy but very frequently I combine other mediums such as oil, pastels, ink and a variety of gel mediums. I like the viewer to loose themselves in the abstract forms and shapes I create and have the color evoke a sense of emotion.
