We are dedicated to bringing back the spirit of venerated musical forms including funk, rock, metal and Latin inspired sound – all with an experimental flair. The Suns placed FIRST in the Cervantes Monday Madness Battle Of The Bands and 2nd overall in the 2013 Bandwagon 4 Battle Of The Bands hosted at the Reserve Casino by Colorado Music Buzz Magazine.
They have shared the stage with international acts like Bizzy Bone (Bone Thugs n Harmony), Nathen Maxwell (Flogging Molly) and The Bunny Gang, and Sarah And The Meanies. And, Colorado legends like Wendy Woo, Vices I Admire, In The Whale, James And The Devil, Steele And Colfax, Petals Of Spain, Michael Morrow, Danny Masters and Eldren.
