Music – Los Angeles
The High On Lows had their first rehearsal March 6th 2012. Dustin (bass) recently moved to LA from Nebraska and met Steven (singer) who was playing drums for a folk artist named Amy Ferguson. Kevin (drums) recently moved here from NJ and knew Steven from the NJ punk rock scene and even played some shows together. Robby moved to LA from Seattle and was in the River City Rebels with Steven for a few years . They lived together and toured numerous times and have known each other for over five years now. Steven has been sitting on tons of demos for about two years now but had put singing on the back burner because of all the work he was getting drumming. But now with help of his talented friends the dream is moving forward. This band is gonna be ready really fast. They already had 7 songs completed after the fourth rehearsal. The world needs a real rock band. No auto tune, tracks, make up, schticks and gimmicks, trend following, emo screaming, or any vampire bullshit. Though the band are big fans of bands that fall into some of those catagories haha! But it’s 2012. I think people want some real music from a real band. And here we go!!!
