Photography – San Francisco

Anthony “Mogli” Maureal was born on the island of Cebu, in the Philippines. When he was 10 years old, his family immigrated to San Jose, California, where he discovered his passion for extreme sports, music and visual media. After graduating at the intensive Ex'pression College for Digital Arts, Mogli obtains a strong background in audio, music production and film. Pursuing in photo/videography, he brings a young, fresh, and exciting attitude to the table and it definitely reflects in his work. As a photo/videographer, he prides himself on good composition, originality, style, detail, careful editing, professionalism and storytelling. In addition, he's an avid traveller, very adaptable and have experience shooting photos and videos in many different environments, including the Amazon jungle, Peru, West Africa, Philippines and many others. RADIX is a troupe of artists of multiple backgrounds who train, play and create in Oakland, CA. Its a cross between, theater, music, movement and film. We want to tell stories in unconventional spaces using the available, surrounding materials and drawing on all the skills of the group. As a group we have curated multiple sold out shows and has been recognized by Best of the East Bay as “Best New Experimental Musical Theater Troupe.” Mogli is a core member of this talented troupe and our latest project was a 30 minute short film entitled, "Zoey and the Wind-up Boy" that has been recently selected as BEST Sci-Fi Film at the Roswell Sci-Fi and Galacticon Film Festival. He worked on this film as Assistant Camera, Recordist, Sound Designer, Music Producer, and Photographer where we shot challenging scenes in snow, earth, water and much more. He also loves skate/snowboarding, cooking, traveling and getting that daily dose of nature.
