The Resolute joined forces in their hometown of Johnson City, TN and relocated to Nashville in the Summer of 2012. This band’s heart-pumping, hard rock sound is made up by Alaina Cross (lead vocals), Nathan Merrick (lead guitar), Carter Bradford (guitar) Ethan Henley (bass), & Isaac Harris (drums).
Formally known as Contact the Militia, the all male assembly decided to revamp the group in January 2012 with a new name and addition. Twenty three year old vocalist, Alaina Cross teamed up with the Resolute to step into the roll as frontwoman. She may be small in stature, but don’t let that fool you, Alaina has the voice and energy to command the audience. The Resolute takes their musical influences from artists like Flyleaf, Foo Fighters and Paramore and add their own unique elements to form an original sound all their own.
