A native South St. Louisan, I consider myself a live action photographer. Whether that life is sitting perfectly still, riding along beside me or barreling down on me, I do my best to recognize its beauty as we pass. Lately the less agenda that I can bring to an image, before and after it is captured, the better it tends to be. So I am really trying to keep things simple, slow down and be open to what is right in front of my eyes rather than trying to force a moment. I do my best work when I am my most invisible...when I can forget that I am even taking pictures...and a few hours later...I\'m sitting on a pile of them.
